Grab a Widget and Get Gossip Faster

Now you can keep the stars where they belong—in a box on your desktop. It's easy. Just download a widget, and E! Online will keep it loaded with fresh news and gossip from our news team and columnists.

Dashboard Widget (Mac)

Add E! Online to your Mac Dashboard:

Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger is required. If you're using Safari, click the download link. When the widget download is complete, Show Dashboard, click the Plus sign to display the Widget Bar and click the widget's icon in the Widget Bar to open it. If you're using a browser other than Safari, click the download link. When the widget download is complete, unarchive it and place it in /Library/Widgets/ in your home folder. Show Dashboard, click the Plus sign to display the Widget Bar and click the widget's icon in the Widget Bar to open it.

Yahoo! Widget (PC / Mac)

Download E!'s widget for PCs and Macs:

You must first install the Yahoo! Widget application in order to run Yahoo! Widgets. You can download the Widget application and a starter set of Widgets from widgets.yahoo.com.

Note that some installations require an administrator's ID and password, depending on your privileges.

1. Download both the installer and the zipped file of starter Widgets.
2. Launch the installer. After installation, do not start Yahoo! Widgets.
3. Unzip the starter Widget zip into My Documents\My Widgets for Microsoft Windows. For Apple OS X, unzipping puts a Widgets folder on the desktop; to install the set, drag the folder to Documents.
4. Start Yahoo! Widgets from Start > Programs > Yahoo! Widgets or Applications:Yahoo! Widgets.

You can access all your Widgets by selecting Open Widget from the gear menu in the dock, Windows system tray, or OS X menu bar.
